IN MEMORIAM

Arthur Lee Razak, 85, Hays, founded the Northwest Kansas Association for the Visually Impaired in 1979. He died May 31, 2004, after a stroke. A funeral service was held Tuesday, June 15, 2004. his body was donated to the University of Kansas Medical Center for scientific research. Survivors include daughters, Lenna Lea Wiebe and husband, Virgil, Paula Rae Peterson and husband, Lynn; 5 randchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 Step-great-grandchildren. Leee served as a KABVI Director during the 1980’s. Memorials may be sent to the Lee Razak/Lloyd Nida Scholarship fund in care of NKAVI, 1105 Centennial Blvd, Hays, KS 67601 or to the Park West Plaza Care Center education foundation.
